I think it was Barry Grant that had them, but he may be out of business. It is a great idea since fuel delivery is based on engine RPM. Lower RPM=less fuel needed. The more RPM=more fuel. You still need a return to keep fuel pressures liveable. I know someone who may have one. Send me a PM and...
Roy,
I forgot, but a correct gas cap would be nice to. The 68 was unique for that year or else the handle will not aligne correctly. Don't forget the drivers side turn signal. Thanks, Joe
I need a gas cap and a drivers side fender mounted turn signal. Looks like the blue car has the gas cap. Somone has already asked about the the turn signal, but if that does not go through, then put me in line. Thanks
Just noticed the gas cap. They also were unique for the 68 model year. Add that to my wish list that had the fender mount signal for the drivers side. Give be a price including shipping to 32725 Thanks
Hi Roy,
I have a 68 Dart 270 that needs a drivers side fender mount turn signal. That is the only thing on this car that does not work. Let me know. Joe in Deltona. Might have to come down by you and get some strawberrys.
That is my gold 68 Dart next to the black Duster. He did not have any better luck than I did in selling. Just broke tire kickers. I have an ad on Racing Junk that has had over 900 views, but not one message or call.
Not only did MoparGod come through in the pinch by offering to send a stud, but the mailman today delivered the package and in it were TWO,not just one!! Glad he is one of us.
Are you spinning the cam with an electric drill? Is the cam gear installed? Are the pushrods in with rocker arms? You must have load on the lifters in order for the crown on the lifter and the taper on the lobe to make it spin, and then it looks more like a jerking motion than an a smooth spin...
When I needed a LH thread 7/16" rear wheel stud, MoparGod came through. I thought I was going to have to change everything to RH. Frank G is a good guy and deserves a round of applause. Thanks again
