Got to install and stress test the new cooling system last week: Blacked out the grille and installed my chin spoiler while everything was apart. Got some shots from the event:

Finally pulled trigger on a 26" radiator and fan setup. Going with a pusher so I can run dual 12" fans moving 3000 cfm. This should solve those cooling issues at idle on hot days in grid and give me back some horsepower. Just need to finish my mountain of house work and reclaim my garage...

You made the right call, have not heard many good things about AJE. I went with the QA1 tubular k-member after finding the repairs on my stock k-member left it a little uneven. If I could do my front end all over again I'd go with something from Gerst. Pricey as hell but can't beat a drop in...

Just for your Mopar knowledge bank: Slant 6 904s and 318 904s aren't interchangeable. Different bolt pattern and plenty of smallblocks came with 904s. Extra credit: a lotta people such as myself actually keep the 904 even with a high performance build because they can be built to handle plenty...

As much of a pain as this build has been, I'm really glad I did it. Getting the last few bugs worked out on this thing is about the only real positive memory I can really pull from 2019. Wasn't a bad year overall just one with a lot of failure and lessons learned. So not too much unlike this...

Yeah +1 on towing being a bad idea. Weight is probably the biggest factor in safety, learned that the hard way back in the guard when an E8 told me to "hook THAT trailer to YOUR truck". Didn't think anything of it, as you shouldn't when a master sergeant tells you to do anything, but turns out...
