    QA1 instant rebate at Summit

In case anyone has been on the fence, now might be a good time to buy some stuff from QA1. I was also able to use a Summit 10% coupon on top of the rebate on a K member. QA1 - Instant Rebate Savings Central - Free Shipping on Orders Over $109 at Summit Racing

    73 Duster build named Fred

Makes sense, no change to the cam. Should just have better numbers with more air providing capacity to carry more fuel. Glad you’re putting stuff on hold to get the right converter…a decent number of guys would suffer through the season and deal with it over the winter, then start the next...

Hell ya! Gotta be 10.4’s (maybe 3’s) in the quarter as I imagine you’ve got some top end with the new head mods. Nice work!

My kid sure make me look bad

I think it’d be funny if you posted it in the hot Mopar babes page and tagged him Hot Mopar Babes III

Jon with a first round win at Vegas today.

I’ve struggled when being the chase car and dialed that close to someone…my peripheral catches their car leaving right around when my third bulb light is coming on and I light up that other bottom bulb. Not sure if stock does pro tree or not…never done it, but would probably have similar results.

Do you have a link to a build thread on this motor, if you did one? Otherwise, would love to know CID, compression, cam, and cylinder heads used if you’re keen to share. Thanks!

Sneaking in without a roll cage

Sounds like a solid street/strip machine that’ll pull harder on the big end than down low. My conservative guess is 1.7X 60’ and high elevens or low twelves for the first outing. I think that once you get a kill switch (and other safety things that the inspector may identify on your first trip)...

Sneaking in without a roll cage

They won’t know how fast your car is, and neither do you, until you run it. So, you’ll be able to run until you pass 11.50 EXCEPT for the kill switch thing. It’ll take some passes/seat time before you get your car set up and are hitting shifts consistently to use all your new found power. I...

Fred ought to be closer to 9 after the fiberglass and port diet he went on recently…maybe arrange some tail wind with Mother Nature, or give the “tow rig” a little head start and draft behind it

    Free cam build...

X2 I scrolled through the thread, about all I saw (besides the cam card in the first post) was Shocker heads, 340 block, 4 inch crank, debate around 12:1 compression, and associated potential for custom pistons. Howsabout CID, actual compression, intake, carb, rockers (with ratio), intake...
