Jpar, it will be april before i can get back to this tranny. I am pretty sure i have a handle on it now. I found brass washers .059 thick, plus an extra gasket in the tailshaft ought to do it. Or i can make a thicker gasket. The main thing i learned is to get a good core that you know worked, and be sure and measure everything on disassembly, and definately record the sequence of EVERY part as you disassemble it.
