    I don’t have any recent pictures of the engine bay but since the picture was taken new fabricated valve covers have been put on and the whole cooling system has been replaced. Aluminum pumps, aluminum radiator and electric fan.

    The ignition key wont shut off the car.

    I got it too work. I had the cable the gives power to the alternator at all times in the wrong place. Thanks for the help though.

    No there isn’t any voltage at the ballast resistor when the key is off. The wiring for the ballast resistor and ECU is correct. The part the isn’t right is the electronic voltage regulator and the alternator
