As crazy as it may sound a roller can be used to apply 2K filler primer in a pinch. I've done it on small projects before when I didn't want to dig out the gun or when moving or covering up other cars...

67-68 Dart hoods will not fit on a 68 Barracuda. I know some of the 70's Darts hoods will fit. I'm not totally sure what years but Adam said 73 and up.
Fiberglass does not bond well with metal. Leave the fiberglass to Corvettes and boats. Lead is the preferred method but even some of the high quality body fillers will work over welds.
