yes...they were gonna restore it. Painted jams, dash and interior sublime. When the dash was painted is when the VIN tag was removed apparently.

Looking for a 1971 Duster project. Don't care about drive train and can live with fixable rust. Vehicle must have clean title which matches an unmolested (unaltered) VIN tag on the dash and fender (trim) tag under the hood. Might also consider a decent 1970 Duster instead.
