    steering column rebuild

So I had to remove my steering column to install a new turn signal switch in my 63 Dart. Things went fine and I decided to paint everything before I put it back together. My problem is the section that contains the switch now turns wherever! lol What did I mess up? Does it have anything to...

    A Big Thank You

Looked all over for wheel bearing dust caps for my 63 Dart and couldn't find them anywhere. Posted here for some help and got a new set from Barracudakid! He was a joy to work with and sent the new ones promptly so I wanted to publicly thank him for being a stand up guy!:cheers:

    [WANTED] Wheel bearing dust caps

Nope. These are the ones that Dorman says fit but they are too big around and not tall enough. Thanks though. Mopar people rule. Barraudakid has some so will order them today.

    [WANTED] Wheel bearing dust caps

Looking for either a part or a number for dust caps for my 1963 Dart 170 2dr post. All of the caps I've found so far are too big. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks. Mike

    Control arms

Thanks guys for all the offers! I'll try a press to get them straight first and then if that doesn't work will have to buy some. They look like the PO ran over some rocks and bent the strut rods up in a bow slightly. The alignment shop doesn't want to mess with the front end because of the...

    Control arms

Does anyone know where I can get a set? So far, I've struck out. I was told they are all the same from 63 through 76. Can they be straightened? I'm thing that would be tough without heat and I don't want to use heat as that would probably weaken them. Thanks for any help. Mike Oops...

Anyone ever seen an odd hose like this?

There were some early /6 Sweptline trucks that came with that type of hose. I have no idea why one would be in a car. Mike

    rat or not to rat

I'm sorry I didn't get to this sooner. Was out of town and didn't have internet access. So I murdered out 63 Dart 2 dr. The stainless headlight rings were toast so I straightened them and painted them. I did not use primer because it attracts moisture. I used semi gloss enamel with a top...
