Not sure if this applies, but my catalog says that 315/60/15's have a tread width of 11 inches. My 30/10.5/15 Goodyear Eagle slicks have a tread width of 10.5 inches. My rear is narrowed to 50 inches flange to flange, and the inside offset of my Cragar Supertricks is 4 inches of a 10 inch rim.

I am aware of these transmissions. We discussed them at length in an old thread. Someone on this site has a '66 Dart GT with one. Based on transmission part numbers, my opinion of them differs from Brewers.

All 833 4-speeds have the same yoke diameter/spline as 727. The yokes have the small U-joint...that is all.

'68 A833 does NOT use the small 904 yoke. It uses the small 904 yoke U-joint. ALL A-833 4-SPEEDS USE THE SAME YOKE DIAMETER/SPLINE AS THE 727.

If it is a '66 Dart, the black column is gloss. Not clear coat gloss, but gloss.

He may be trying to figure out if you have early or late synchronizer assemblies. '70 340 would be the cut off. If your car was an early build it would have the early synchros...if it was later it would have the later synchros.

Yes, it is the same stick. It is NOT removeable. Same as Matthons. My guess is that Hurst sold them until about '75 or so. Then Mr. Gasket sold them for a couple years after that. This is pure speculation, but I am guessing there was little to no market for A-body Hurst Competition plus...
