sorry no puppies in my house , but i lost my spiko of 11 years , very tuff each day as she would wake me every morning at 6 regardless on the time of the year , and she would come get me when it was time for bed too . here she sits on her frog bed .

this air cleaner i welded a right angle piece of tubing to the base for the breather closed system . you can get an insert 90 and a rubber bushing to work also , but ?

well bad valve to seat contact can keep the numbers low .

did you oil the cylinders ?

so does the la 318 truck engine has a hp looking forged steel crank . and marine as well . do a sonic check on cylinder walls . just to see if it could be bored to a 4,04 inch bore or bigger .

@340sfasrback , no if the rotors rub it's the rotors , not calipers . you will have to turn them down as show prior in this thread .

just have the calipers rebuilt by a builder , or i've bought rebuilt ones on line , sorry there i go again with that online stuff , sorry . i just try always to find the good parts out there . yes i've run across that rubbing issue , those are mustang rotors blanks that some suppliers put the 4...

i used them on a stock 9 to 1 65 383 , cam'd and twin inline fours and full length tube headers . it ran fine and with 2.76 rear gears it would pull to 6k at 120 mph in second gear of the 727 and flat get it with the nose up when i pulled into drive . this was in my 65 custom 880 rag with 130k...

i just went on line and bought them .

i've been buying bendx replacement rotors with no problems .

i've thought about dropping a 340 727 in mine , just need a smog free tittle and it could happen .
