These were sold to me a NOS tips. There is no residue inside so we can say they are new and have never been ran. Look em over and notice there is one small piece of chrome off of one tip. Very small. No frame hanger. Just the 2 chrome tips. Very nice. The price is $100 in West Plains, Missouri...
