Are the bucket seat frames from 1976-80 Dodge Aspen/Plymouth Volare similar to earlier (70-76) A body frames? Can they be re-foamed with the earlier padding and recovered?

I have a 1970 Dart Swinger H code 340 4 speed and I am trying to figure out what these holes in the inner trunk lid might be for. They are all factory holes. Any suggestions?
These are from my '74 E58 code Duster (360 cid 4bbl V8). They do not have the mounting studs as above - but rather were affixed to the fender with double sided foam tape. 3 3/4" long by 1/2" high. (Not for sale)
1974 Duster -- when I rotated the Duster on my rotisserie this fell out from under the dashboard. It doesn't appear to have been mounted and shows no signs of use. The central arm assembly pivots on the shaft and is spring loaded. The small tab at the top is a fixed base for the spring attachment.
I have a '71 Dart 340 Swinger 4-speed with stock suspension. Will I be able to run small bolt pattern 15 x 6 rims with 3 1/2" backspace and 245/60/15 tires without any serious clearance issues?
