I heard that I could use 360 small valve heads instead of the 318.

I have 67 barracuda with low miles and it has a 273 I want to keep all the numbers matching but want to get some horse power out of the 273. I have most of the externals parts but need some insight on what to do with the internals. Also what kind of power am I going to be looking at. Or...
