The 112 pass it felt SLOW. I’m going to be overly critical of how it ran, but it’ll get sorted eventually.

Massive vacuum leak on a throttle shaft. First pass it fell flat on its face. 8.4 at 110. Second pass I babied it out of the hole, slowly rolled into it and short shifted it. 7.1 at 112. Didn’t break it so I can’t complain too much.

First pass is gonna be an easy pass to see what it does

Quick block off got whipped up today by a neighbor. Bet he regrets stopping by to see if I needed help. Car is at the track for the evening. Either gonna make it or break it tomorrow.

Buddy drove his charger over. Pulled his overflow off and I selt tapped it to the fenderwell. It’ll work for the weekend :rofl:

NHRA outlawed that. I’ll sort something out in the AM.

I wouldn’t mind that at all. It just appears that while ordering everything else I didn’t order that one thing.

Test drive went well enough. Gotta toss the back seat in it, check fluids and give everything a once over. Oh and figure out a coolant overflow with my minimal space.

Some bearings and a piston later….. gonna fire it off tomorrow, if that goes well I’ll toss the charge pipe on it and swing for the fence’s Saturday.

I can’t say I blame you one bit for not messing with it right now. I absolutely hate the cold.

Depends how much you try to drive it. But I’d definitely give it a shot and see.
