Replacing cam, want suggestions

I think I'd be lokoing at the XR286HR10 which is 236°/242.050 and just shy of .600 lift at the lifter. Normally a hydraulic roller will have ramps no faster than a std hydraulic because there is no way to stop the lifter compressing a little when the valve is accelerated off the seat initially. So they are taller with a smoother rate of lift. It also only requires 125lbs on the seat and about 285lbs over the nose so your springs are fine. You really need to use a cam that will allow the heads to work. After pushrod angle loss (which gets worse with hyd rollers) you're looking at losing .024" or so in gross lift at the valve. If the heads don't move air well until .550 the engine will be lazy if the cam doesn't get them open far enough and keep them open.
