451 stroker small wheel bolt pattern?

I'm building a 451 stroker for my 72 duster. estimating about 550 peak hp 530 peak tq, 3400 stall 8 3/4 355 gears, 26" tires. Should my small bolt pattern 5 X 4 bolt axles stand up to the higher out put?
