Where to get a rear-end

Thanks Fishy...I reposted it under the Parts Wanted section. Since I will not be installing the rear-end myself- I wonder how much a garage will charge for dropping in a rear-end???

As long as it doesn't need any work and is the correct rear for your car it's about a 2 to 2-1/2 hr. job to install it and bleed the brakes. The driveshaft will also have to be changed as they are a different length for different rearends. Figure that in the purchase price. It has to be disconnected when changing the rear so the labor should be the same. Labor rates vary a lot accross the country so check out your locals and you can figure it from there.
