What cam?

I was curious about the comp 20-222-3 cam. My heads were rebuilt with Mopar dual spring valve springs. I also have new hyd. lifters. With the cam, is there any difference between the recommended springs with the cam or will mine work fine. Also, do you recommend their lifters. thx
