door glass adjustment

Car is 70 Duster--I can't get my glass adjusted correctly-Is there any tech articles out there with diagrams,I have new amd glass in the windows,Just had my doors aligned by a trusted body shop and can't get the glass to seal or much less go up or down correctly--Does anyone make parts for these doors such as regulator's??? glass stops or the rubber on them-This is my first project and I'm learning as I go-Thanks Steve
