The tire too needs to be OEM tires. And to my knowledge the only way to get those tires is to find sparetires from the 60ies. I have check but not found any supplier of those tires.

The small rubber studs on the tire needs to be there as well. Run across any tires lately......?


LOL' Thats how we used to break the bead loose on the tires,
when changing to the Studded snows 35-45 years ago.

Drive the car over a tire, with the valve core out,
till the bead breaks loose, then use two big screwdrivers, and one old tire
"Spoon" to get the tire off the rim.

It is a lot easier, but more money,
to take the car to the local Service station/tire store.

I will suggest you try Wildcat Wrecking, etc....
