Work shoes - whadya like?

i tried on a pair of redwing in the past. fit my foot great but when i walked the things were like walking with cement on the bottom of the boot. hard as hell. would have beat the crap out of my joints...

the best i have found so far are the timberland pros. they feel broke in from the second you put them on. nice and cushioned. i walk a lot at work and my joinds feel great at the end of the day..
