I made a little bit of progress. I had my son help me pull the engine, transmission and K frame.
Also, the AlterKtion instructions are very detailed. To install the AlterKtion requires removing the bump stop bracket. First, I drilled a small hole in the center of each spot weld.
The instructions said to cut the 6 spot welds that hold on the bracket. I found 6 spot welds. I found out by mistake that 2 of the spot welds are on the bottom. (What do those 2 spot welds in the center do?) I used a spot weld cutting drill bit to drill out the spot welds.
