Easiest/Cheapest way to a 4bbl 318?

Oh, I saw the video and was definitely impressed. The cam just seems so much larger than the other ones that have been recommended. I guess I owe it to myself to call them and find out what the deal is :)

What do you mean by "air up cyl"? How do you do that?
