Looking for Holley 1945

I'm in need of a good complete rebuildable Holley 1945 they were on '74 and up slant sixes. Need one for an auto trans not manual. Anybody got one laying around for a decent price? The nearest junk yard to have one must think its made of diamond encrusted gold....:bs:
