Well, what was the purchase price? You DID buy 30 plus year old USED stuff. Did you pay a kings ransome or did you get a screamin deal?

I consider you a respected member of the community, but I do believe you came off rough here. Regardless of what he paid, a buyer has a reasonable expectation that the item could be packaged better then some newpaper. Minor or not, he paid for a complete console, and the seller should have packaged it better. Had the seller packaged it for war, and it still arrived broken, that is one thing. By the photos provided, it appears the edge of the console was directly up against the wall of the box. I think he has every right to raise questions, especially when the seller is ignoring him.
