SFI 3.2A/1 Jacket

As far as the seat belt issue, before they changed the rule, I would give the tech inspector the choice. I have a 13 sec car. My RCI belt was outdated by 1 to 2 years. My stock belt was more the 40 years old, and the belts could be changed in about 5 minutes. If the inspector made an issue of the out dated "racing" belt, I would show him my stock belt, and say "which one would you rather have me wear, I'll use which ever one you want?" Never had to remove the racing belt.
