need 4 speed help firewall hole dash dash hole

i have a 71 duster auto org
cloning to a 4 speed car
need to know were to drill 13 /16 hole in firewall
and hole in dash
pictures i posted are from a factory 4speed 71 demon and my clone 4speed car
some wires remove at the time when i took pictures of car
you can see holes but need to know for sure were to drill
don't have the demon anymore
the hemi orange car is the clone 4speed car
i would like to drill holes
but the right measurement i don't have
don't have other factory 4speed car to check from
a tap measurement from the ash tray to the center of the hole
a measurement from the under side edge of the dash to the center of the hole
and to confirm hole location on firewall for dash rev light grommet
