Wanted a real 1971 duster 340 with v24 option

I have been trying to buy one thats been sitting in the woods for years. Its an original 340 4 spd. V24, FC7 paint. The 340 & 4 spd. are long gone, but still has original rallye dash w/ tach, and 3.91 sure grip rear end. They guy just wont budge!
