Not one john force comment ?
I went Thursday to see the Stock and Super Stock classes. In Funny Car, Hagan set the low e.t. for the day (single pass on Thursdays). His car ran so effortless it was obvious he was the man to beat. He was one of about 5 drivers who were able to make a complete run down the track.
It was too bad that NHRA told him to take a dive in the first round to clear the path for John Force.
I have always cheered for Force even when he went to FoMoCo.
In all truth, it was Hagan's to lose and he did.
BTW, quite a few A-bodies in the Stock class. Fun to watch. Top qualifiers were a pair of 2010 Drag Pack Challengers (9.85 - 10.00 e.t.s)
