1973 Duster

That tank is AWESOME!!!! What's the clearance between the frame rails and the tank? Hard to tell in the pic, but I was guessing it looked like about 3" on each side? If you come up with a hydaulic trunk lift idea let me know. The dumba$$ that put the mini tubs in my sons '73 Duster cut the hinge/torsion bar mounts too short. The part that the trunk hinge attaches to is still there, but the slots for the torsion bars that allows the trunk to stay raise and stay open are gone. I haven't spent alot of time thinking on this one yet as we are starting at the front of the car and working back. Next time, your wife should be in/on/standing next to a Chrysler product because I see a future MOPAR HOT BABES addition! Perhaps her new truck?
