well my boss an ex-crew chief in the air force said it was cause it had the large rear stabilizer and almost full glass cockpit area, and something about the shape of the wings... he also said that there were maybe three left but u could be right! still really cool tho

There are a few B-29 still around but FIFI is the only one in flying condition. There was another one up in the north pole or some where like that. They were trying to rebuild it and fly it out. They almost had it flying when there was a fire and it burnt to the ground.
