My '67 Valiant 100 Big Block 4 Speed Restoration

The cylinders have almost no ridge if not none at the tops of the cylinder. I was able to pull the pistons out the top thats how little wear there was.
P.S. can some one decode the numbers on the side of the block for me, thanks.
