My 360 build sounds very close to yours except I run J-heads, but same carb, intake ,9.5" converter 1 5/8 headers, 3.91 gears. Iam as happy with it in the 360 as in the 408, idles well, sounds awesome and pulls hard up through the entire rpm range.
