timing chain replacement

Hay, I was pokin fun at your VW "junkola". Lemmie tell you a quick story. when I was in high school in 1980, we used to go to the old Warner Robins Dragstrip. There was this really hot chick who raced a full bodied bug that consistantly ran 10 second 1/4 mile times. She put the whoopin on many a big block....ALL BRANDS. She was really good with the tree too and almost always won her race. That was one RADICAL *** bug. That's been a long time ago....but if I remember right, it was all motor. I could be rememberin that wrong, but I think that's how it was.
