well with no oil control currently and shooting for 13.5 i think that it should not be over looked... its not hard for me to do it i just cant remember what my clearances are...
Well only reason I asked was cause lots of stock cars ran around that speed with less exotic oiling systems than what you're plannin. Certainly though, it will be nice when you're done. Never has been anything wrong with overkill.
