Holley Street Dominator for small block!!! and Hardin Marine carb adapter / spacer!!!

Well where do i start with this member of 66 posts, Keep in mind he replied to my first pm Sunday night and by Wednesday afternoon gave me a negative reveiw 2 1/2 days total time.
First off in my first pm at 4:30 Sunday afternoon i said "I'll take it if you can do $20 shipped to 60502" as a gift no less so he wouldn't pay fee's, note nowhere did i ask for a shipping quote. Then you pm'ed me back at 9:30 pm wanting $22, At that point the offer is off the table, just like at a swap meet, pawn shop, or auction, i simply walked away and forgot about it,
Next he evidently sends a pm about a 1/2 hour later saying i can go ship it tonight but don't have payment yet. i cant remember if i opened this that night or the next day, but anyway i don't know if hes waiting for me to cough up the $22 or get a quote late night from fedex. This PM to me is a mute point, i offered $20 for it and did not want shipping quotes on a $15 dollar part.
Next i never replied saying i sent payment/ or i will send payment, after your initial rejection of the $20 i was done. Do you have ANY PM's with me saying "Great its a deal heres my address" i will send payment for $22 or $20? Please post if you do!!
next i see there is a PM sent tuesday night at 11:30pm stating you will now want to take the $20 offer, I open this pm around lunchtime Wednesday and respond by politely saying "the $2 dollars was not a big deal, but i'll pass it off to the next in line"
since you didn't agree to my offer which is your right by the way until 48 hours later, I SIMPLY AND QUITE HONESTLY LOST INTEREST AND MOVED ON TO THE NEXT PURCHASE!

Since there was no deal agreed on in a timely fashion and clearly i never paid for any part and did respond to his pm when he did finally agree to my $20 offer with a clear decline of buying the item. I feel the negative mark on my account should be removed, also this rating system should be for for actual transactions that have gone bad and not should have, would have, maybe, i don't like your price/i don't like your offer etc..
Also this young man has 66 post, this feedback system should be for members with more of a vested interest in FABO maybe only members with 250/500 post count should use it.
