Wiw - '69 340s

Hi, I've posted this question on moparts already, but I guess you guys will know better ...

A friend sent me pictures of a '68 Barracuda Fastback, 340S with matching numbers. It's an export version, was in Austria all its life (and is there now). Looks pretty much complete, other than driver's seat (not original there), brake cylinder (new is coming with it) and cracked taillight (also new comes with).
Two holes in wheel well, other than that rust free, original paint. Engine turns, but don't run - last driven a year and half ago.
I can have it for €4000 and it's some 200 miles from my home, which would save me a several thousand dollars of shipping from US.
What do you think?
