Manifolds useable or junk?

I picked up a set of 318 exhaust manifolds locally to replace the stock manifolds off of 73 swinger because the stock setup has that ugly stovepipe connection to the air cleaner. The manifolds I picked up are stamped '67 & are correct for a 318 but am unsure of the compatibility. Furthermore there is some wear through on one of the mounting holes. Take a look & let me know if these should be junked or if they are useable.
