OK a generational thing here, are you asking about traction bars under the rear leaf springs? Mopars do not use them-it has to do with how Mother mopar mounts the axle in the first third of the spring and not in the middle like Ford/GM. You can use them but they do not help much. I used a adjustable pinion snubber to better effect.

i bet regular old slappers set up right works just fine, there is other things that makes the snubber a better solution when comparing a snubber to slapperbars. just look at how and where the rotational forces work a rearend and you may see a pattern that matches one pretty comon breakdown of rears in highpowered cars.
