who here has build there own cal trac type bars???

well ive never used traction bars but got a friend that loves them on his old( i know its not a mopar) but theres a little secret that he use that almost like a cal vert set..he bolts them on without the snubber and put them where they need to be then drill a hole from the bottom where the snubber would be and insatll a long bolt the he run up against the bottom of the leaf and he adjust the bars from there to where the car works well.1974 i think olds looks like a nova with a worked over 455 and batten heads,intake and 1050 crab,tb400 trans,3.73 gears on 28/10.5 runs mid to low 6's in the 1/8 mile but the car is set up from 1/4 mile street ...all steel except the hood mike
