Cerwin, the program actually isn't to bad. Now do realize the program is a $40 item. There are programs out there that run into the thousands.
The most important item for the DDD sim is acurate info, everywhere. Most every build you log data into will require a dual plane intake. The single plane is a race item only and will not give a acurate sim read out. Your not going to gain 50HP on a small engine with Hyd. cam and small tube headers. It's just not real. But the sim reads it differently.

Get the cam card and know exactly what the comp. ratio is. Figure in the pistons valve reliefs into the head cc for ease.

Remember this program doesn't know what cylinder head your running. "J" headed open chamber or the 318's 302 closed chambered head. Just the valve size and how well it moves air at the lifts you input. Also note that you can change the level or depression drops of the head on some DDD's.

Does the head flow the numbers @ 28 or 20 inches of merc.?
