Newbie with some questions

After letting my 64 dart convertible sit for 10 years(I bought it when I was 15 as my first car), I finally have the means to get it on the road. Just need a bit of help determining what to get.

I started with front discs(Thank you to superdart340 - http://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/showthread.php?t=125799)

Questions on that, other than a new master cylinder, is there anything else I'll need to get these on my ride?

My goal, as referenced in my previous post, is to have this reliable and safe. So, I decided while I'm doing the brakes and it's having body work done, I'll redo some of the suspension as it's the stock rubber. I've seen multiple kits for rebuilding, rubber and poly. I'm not so much concerned with the material as there are many opinions going both ways, more so with the relation to my new brakes. Will I have any special concerns getting a complete kit for a 64 that now has disc brakes up front? Any particular kit(2 I've been looking at -

I'm also converting the ignition with the Pertronix Ignitor. Is there anything else I should look at upgrading under the hood to make it more reliable(and if so, any recommendations?).

Lastly, to make it street legal, I'll need a new wiper motor and muffler. Any suppliers or part recommendations you could point me to?

I know it's alot of questions, but this thing is on my bucket list to get finished and drive atleast once, so it has to happen now, and I can't do it without a bit of knowledgeable help. Thank you.
