The column you have listed as a 70-76 is really a 71-76. 70 is a stand alone, no key release. Will the one you have bolt in with the correct bracket, yes, is it correct for a 70 car, no. Wiring is a whole different ball game.

If I had to venture a guess it came out of a 73+ car.
