Intake Manifold

OK i changed the intake bolts and now the thing is alive and running but will not idle. At about 900rpm it just stalls out and at higher rpm it still stalls out when i put it in gear. When i was resealing the intake, the bolts did not line up as should,they where a lil difficult to starte and the bolts would not fall dead center of the hole. Could the intake be suckin air or is this some other problem?
