Who has a KH sbp "non-power" disc in front

Get a m/c for a 73 dart.
Make sure it has a large pod and a small pod. Don't care what George says in Indiana.

Having said that,you wouldn't believe the interchangeability
of the Chrysler m/c's.

Also if you can afford new,this would be the time.
