Yes. You need the motor, the switch, the wiring between the two, and the cam, spring, spacer washers and clips that go between the wiper motor's crank arm output stub and the wiper link bar. They're not the same. Functional interchange on all of this stuff is '64-'66 Dart, Valiant, and Barracuda ('63 switch will work, but other parts won't). Take care on the switch, though; there are differences in switch stem length for the various dashboard configurations of Darts, Valiants, and Barracudas of those years. And the windshield washer button setup is different in '64 than in '65-'66. If you use a '65-'66 switch in your '64 equipped with electric windshield washer squirter, you'll either have a hole in the middle of your '64 knob or you'll want to swap on a '64 knob from a car not originally equipped with electric squirters.
