I have swapped seats before, not that much of an issue once everything is lined up correctly and leveled. You may need to add steel leveling blocks to get things perfect. If you have to make new/different holes in areas "not re-inforced", ensure for "safety and insurance" that you maybe cut (4) 1x3x.25 stips of steel for each seat corner under the car then, use lock washer and 2 bolts (the extra bolt to lock the first in place). I've been told even large washers may pull through a non-reinforced floor pan. Your insurance company may not cover you if modified seats pull from their mountings.
