05 to 06 head differences?

I actually got a stock piston as part of the deal, the engine was more complete than I originally thought, unfortunately it's missing the coils. Need to figure out what I want to do about the MDS setup as well. I have no intention of using it, but getting rid of it is extra money I'd rather not spend. I think I might be able to clean up the head enough that I could run it, but I was going to take it to a shop and see what they thought. I planned on a set of Inertia heads eventually, just going to be a ways away since I was sort of building in stages due to wallet limitations.
