Define "surgery"......The floor will need to be moved around a little bit here and there, as any OD trans will require (that I am aware of anyway). In my specific case it was a ton of surgery, however that was a unique fitment requirement.
I dont think the 700R4 has a removeable bellhousing, so it will need an adapter compared to a standalone bellhousing.
