HATE IT and only owned it two months trucks mint but gas millage sucks 4x4 sucks
tune ups that require you to remove broken plugs from block with special tools
and 33$ each spark plugs suck

should have bought another ram and not listened to the wife

$33 for a spark plug????

Yup. The ground strap for the plug press fits into the head and has a tendency to come loose and stay in the head during a plug change. I became Whitcomb Ford/Mercury/Hyundai's "expert" on changing the danged things out without breaking the porcelain on 'em. There's a procedure for doing the plugs: let the truck warm up to operating temp, then shut it down for cool down. When it cools off just warm enough to touch, pull the coils and loosen each plug a turn. Squirt some penetrating oil into each hole and walk away until the engine is completely cooled off. It works, though I did have to use the special tool a few times to get the ground strap out.

Here's a pic of a couple:

The one on the left is a plug like we're all used to. The one in the middle is one of the Motorcraft plugs which came out whole, the one to the right of it is one which came out in two pieces. The ground strap is the little thing next to it, which took the Rotunda tool to get out.

The first one I did, another shop broke two of 'em with the porcelain left in 'em. Had to get the porcelain out before I could use the Rotunda tool. Cost the owner $875 for 8 plugs and labor. He was heading over to the GM and Dodge dealerships to test drive other trucks.
